Could you have removed the spring adjustment bolt and remove the spring thru the hole. by looking at it again you can.

At the moment I can not find my extra trigger. I will say that the spring will not just fall out if you remove the weight adjustment screw. The hole where the screw goes is small so it would be difficult to remove it. There may a step in the assembly to retain the spring. I will look for the spare and keep you posted when I find it. For now I pinned this comment.

I found my spare trigger. The factory spring is a little bit bigger then the adjustment screw hole. So you have to take the trigger out to change the spring.

For those of you that have replaced your spring. Have you any concern about the trigger being too light of pull? I just replaced mine and now it will fire by just pushing it sideways a bit. Has me concerned about it being safe.

You might have to give it a little more sear engagement to keep it safe.

The factory spring is: O.D. Is about .147. The length is about .357. These measurements are in thousands of an inch

Any chance you can re-shoot the video to show what you are doing?

I do have one laying around. It just may take me a moment to get to it.

Good video. Thank you - it helped me a lot. That pin was a super PITA to get out but it eventually gave. What is that thing mounted on the action? Is that a light saber from old republic? Those were more civilized times.

Aren't you supposed to remove the trigger pull screw and nut first?

I didn’t on any of the six I did. However, the screw was already backed off all the way.
