Following the trajectory of the "three circles," the upper body moves in front, back, left, and right circular motions with the waist as the axis, while the lower body remains stationary. This involves circular movements such as shoulder extension, shoulder thrust, shoulder shift, shoulder lean, and shoulder wrap, creating a 360-degree flat circular motion integrating the waist, chest, and shoulders as a whole.
