Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Banana (Cavendish)
Batter
1. Rice rice 1 cup
2. Tapioca flour/corn flour 1/2 cup
3. Plain flour 2tbsp
4. Sugar 1tsp
5. Salt 1tsp
6. Butter 1 tbsp
7. Lemon juice little
8. Egg 1pc
9. Water little
Method
1. Combine ingredients 1-8 together in container. Add water little at a time and mix well. See video for batter thickness
2. Peel the banana skin and slice into half
3. Heat wok with more oil to 160deg. Dip the banana in the batter and deep fry in the oil till golden brown. Note to maintain the heat while frying.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
