My dude... Onions & peppers in oil FIRST. Beef browned & seasoned, then beef broth in the pan to deglaze (scraping any stuck-on bits off the pan). Eggs right before taking it off the heat, don't overcook them. Serve OVER the white rice (made with salted water) for flavor contrast. Cheese until it starts to melt, then the cold salsa for temperature contrast. All the same items, but cooked as though you have taste buds.

It depends on the neighborhood. I hate to say this but if you go to Aldi's in Black neighborhoods, the "organic" stuff is almost always marked down for quick sale because my people scoff at the notion of "healthier" foods. That's good for me because I prefer stuff with less preservatives and salt. I had some buddies over a few weeks ago for burgers. 1 of them insisted on buying the premade "Angus" burgers instead of getting that grass-fed meat and patting out our own hunks. I relented but I regret it because those patties were temple-testing tough. That grass-fed stuff is cheaper, more tender and much better tasting.

This works when you are young. Try doing it when you are in your mid 40s lol. When I was 14 I would eat a dozen eggs 2 packs of bacon a quarter loaf of bread 10 slices of cheese and half a gallon of milk and other rediculous amounts of food throughout the day. And then lift as heavy as possible. And then the next morning almost no carbs and only meets and cheeses so the body never got to adjust to high or low calories. Then all of a sudden when I hit 35 I gained a magical 20 pounds over night out of nowhere. Then when I turned 40 I gained another magical twenty pounds randomly out of nowhere overnight lol. I was an extremely good shape till about 40 when i saw a decline and needing to actually cut calories and up the cardio.
@sunset6958
6 ай бұрын
True but ofc you're going to gain weight , a weight lifting session you're only burning about 200 calories balls to the wall. A D1 athlete is burning about 2-3k calories per day maybe more. This diet is for bulking and athletes not people just doing 1 lift session and nothing much for the rest of the day. You probably burned more calories as a kid and less as an adult because of lifestyle changes e.g work, kids etc

@@gratephuldol you must be aware that you cannot link on youtube, however, here is a short excerpt from one study: The study of almost 4,000 U.S. men and women over age 65 shows that higher meat consumption is linked to higher risk of ASCVD-22 percent higher risk for about every 1.1 serving per day-and that about 10 percent of this elevated risk is explained by increased levels of three metabolites produced by gut bacteria from nutrients abundant in meat. Higher risk and interlinkages with gut bacterial metabolites were found for red meat but not poultry, eggs, or fish. ----- and an interview with a doctor referencing several studies: Red and processed meats do increase health risks. In spite of what the Annals of Internal Medicine study suggests, Dr. Hu says that an accumulated body of evidence shows a clear link between high intake of red and processed meats and a higher risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and premature death. "The evidence is consistent across different studies," he says. "The evidence shows that people with a relatively low intake have lower health risks," he says. "A general recommendation is that people should stick to no more than two to three servings per week." "Consider red meat a luxury and not a staple food." ----- feel free to do your own research. these examples were found on the front page of google through tufts .edu as well as harvard .edu (with the studies they are referencing being linked within)

I Used to eat this when I was a kid we just called it a struggle meal or beef and eggs or beef and rice actually those three things mixed together can make 3 or 4 different meals beef and rice eggs and rice, beef and eggs, or what he made too it’s so delicious I still make ‘em well minus the bone broth and salsa

Lol. When someone's struggle meal is how you prefer to eat. That's wild. Also if you get the right expensive eggs or go direct from a farm.... They are the most delicious thing ever.

There is a way better way of doing this… instead of cooking every day meal prep it all I cook for 3 hours for 20 meals basically the same ingredients without the egg if you cook right it tastes like heaven I’ve been eating the same thing for 3 months and I get excited to eat it again haha
