Dahi vada ek popular Indian snack hai jo dahi (yogurt) aur vada (fried lentil dumplings) se banaya jata hai. Vada ko pehle ubal kar phir thanda karke dahi mein dubo kar serve kiya jata hai. Iske upar hari chutney aur masale daal kar khaya jata hai. Dahi vada thanda karne ke baad bhi bohot swadisht hota hai aur garmi mein bhi accha lagta hai.Dahi vada ko banane ke liye, pehle urad dal aur moong dal ko dhokar bhigo kar grind kiya jata hai, fir usmein namak, hing aur jeera milakar vada banaye jate hain. Ye vade deep fry karke nikal kar thande pani mein bhigokar phir dahi mein dubokar serve kiya jata hai. Dahi vada ko garnish karne ke liye hari chutney, imli ki chutney, bhuna jeera, lal mirch powder aur hari dhaniya ka upyog kiya jata hai. Yeh dish India ke alag-alag hisson mein apne apne flavors ke saath prachalit hai.
