Dahi wali Gawar ki Sabzi Recipe -
Ingredients for cooking Gawar -
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds)
200 gram Gawar Fali (Cluster Beans) (cut off the top and bottom end of cluster beans and wash it in water)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
1/4 cup water
Ingredients for Sabzi -
1 1/2 tblsps Oil
1 tblsp Besan (Chickpea Flour)
1 tsp Lasun paste (Garlic Paste)
1 tsp Adrak paste (Ginger Paste)
1/2 tsp Hari Mirch Paste (Green Chilli Paste)
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder)
1 tblsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Seeds Powder)
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin Seeds Powder)
2 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder (Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tblsp Moongfali coarse powder (peanuts coarsely crushed)
2 tblsps Water
200 gram medium sour Dahi (Curd)
1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)
1 tblsp Hara Dhaniya (Coriander leaves)
Eat hot with Jawar Roti, Wheat Roti or Bajri Roti
