12:22 Which just goes to show that the exact same traits and thought processes can be a curse or a blessing depending on one's position. An inquisitive CEO that isn't afraid to examine a company's entire process, and break things down to find out what really works? Genius. A low level employee that does the same thing? Troublemaker.
This is really interesting to me. I have found that I am consistently a mix of both, with either one side or the other being the dominant side depending on the game. In card games for example, I will take a standard deck and ask "What can I change? What is necessary, and what is not?" From there, I would learn to develop my own style and create decks using win conditions that are not common for the archetype whether it was Aggro, Control, or something else specific to the game. Fighting games are a new endeavor for me, and I find myself struggling to even pick a character because both parts of myself struggle to pick a character. One side wants to play an easy character that can fight everyone across the board without too much difficulty, and the other side wants to pick a strong but under-represented character so as to invent my own style. While I am still figuring things out, this video helped me to see how I can find ways to create original strategies, regardless of character choice.
