Welcome to your daily full body stretching routine which was designed specifically to help you stretch all parts of your body in a short period of time.
Allow yourself to dive deep into your peaceful moment of the day. A fresh mix of poses in this stretching routine was created to gently move all parts of your body in a short amount of time.
Slowly starting with neck, shoulders and chest movements, we will descend while also releasing tension out from your lower back, unlocking your hips and glutes. In combination with beautiful relaxing sounds that help you unwind and let go of everything that bothers you, this stretch provides a state of regenerating energy and makes you feel better.
For your convenience there is a countdown sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as there are voice instructions that are navigating you through each pose and provide a better understanding of the technique.
