Dan Combs was a friend of my father, Neal Knox. I saw him give a demonstration that included a Thompson at a bench rest rifle match around 1975. Remarkable man. Glad to see that the Dan Combs heritage is being preserved.

Uh not so much bump fire as it is hammer fire, bump fire involves the trigger bouncing off your finger, hammer fire involves holding the trigger down and hitting the hammer

I came on Texas D.P.S. in 1979 and the Jordan Holster was the issue holster. Just about every police agency in the country was using it.
