It's very relaxing to hear the sound of the rain falling... even more so with this beautiful music in the background. Sir Dan Gibson, you shine brighter and brighter with each video! Thanks! 🙏⚘️⚘️

I LOVE thunderstorms! I love to sit in the dark and hear the rain falling. I love counting the seconds between the lightning and the thunder. I feel sad if the lightning is far away and the thunder is therefore diminished in its power when it reaches my ears. Thunder and lightning, earthquakes and volcanoes. All of these powerful natural events just serve to remind me of what a tiny inconsequential little being I am on this totally alive, beautiful, powerful planet.

Mandy, I've been a Nature Nut all my 57 years! I live in a small community in the bush in Northern Ontario, surrounded by thousands of acres of my beloved wildlands. I know and love every tree, every rock, every waterway in my local area, but everyday out there is a new learning experience. I love to curl up on the ground under the protective branches of my favourite cedar tree beside the rapids, and just let my soul absorb the sounds and feelings of the wild world around me. It's SO healing!

I found a poem just the other day, by William Wordsworth, called 'For I Have Learned'. It's beautiful, AND, he wrote it while looking down on Tintern Abbey in Monmouth, Wales. My mother's family is from Monmouth, and her and I went there a few years back to visit clan. We went to Tintern Abbey, and I was blown away by the serenity and history of the place. THEN to find this poem!!! His WORDS touched my spirit, then to find he wrote it in Monmouth, looking down on Tintern. You'll love the poem!!

Rain is sometimes like this. Two fronts . . . space and time . . . fold into one.
