Yeah the Taj went for pennies on the dollar in 2017. The trump plaza went under in 2014 and demo'ed. He was trying to get people back into the hotels reason he asked UFC to come there. So yeah, he was looking out for himself and not so much for UFC.
@Killacam1992

@@tiojoe9245 so trump took on a massive amount of risk to host a venue that congress was trying to bang received little publicity, and whom other venues did not want to host which had an exponentially high probability of failure and resulting an extensive net loss and he wasn’t looking out for Dana?? Oh and btw this happened in 2001.. over a decade before trump plaza went under which at the time in 01 was booming.. Next time you want to spew negativity and toxicity do your research. @@L8_777 Yes you are 100% correct on the first UFC fight happening in 2001 however comma the Taj was built on financial quicksand, w/junk bonds in 1991 and filed for chapter 11 soon after it was built. Then he failed to pay hundreds of contractors over $70 million dollars, bankrupting many of them. During Trump's reign, the casino went under in 1991 and 2004, then as a minority partner 2009 and 2014. So again, Trump does what he needs to do for himself and Dana was just a cog. Get learnt bro.
