I was also curious as to what the vinegar was best used for vs an extract. Are vinegars and alcohol extractions basically interchangeable as far as medicinal benefits or are they used for different things? Vinegar is mich cheaper to use for making medicine so I was hoping it was interchangeable....

Can I still make a tincture/extract with them? Thank you for your kindness in making these helpful videos 💛🌼

You are welcome. Best to use the fresh dandelion when harvested for your medicine making. They are certainly generous in their output so go for another batch to get your best tincture.

Hi Eaglesong. What do you use the dandelion vinegar for? Also, what do you think about dandelion flower pickles?
@eaglesonggardener1893
4 жыл бұрын
Owlfarmer1, you can use dandelion vinegar anywhere you'd use vinegar in cooking. Salad dressings, soups & stews, quick pickles. With herb infused vinegars you are bringing a nutrient dense preparation into your diet. Using them on a regular pulse brings easily assimilated minerals into daily life.
