For ~18 pieces (~550g):
Dough:
- 3 boiled yolks
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 120g sour cream
- 80g butter
~ 210g flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt, vanillin and turmeric (optional)
Glaze:
- 30 ml milk
- 30g butter
- 70g sugar
Sprinkles:
- 40g corn sticks
- 20g coconut flakes
Bake cookies in a well-heated oven at 180°C for ~ 10-15 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
