I use my Instant Pot to hardboil eggs. Very easy - 5 min pressure cooking, 5 min. cool down in the pot, then drop the eggs into water with ice. In a couple of min. the eggs are cool enough to shell and the shell comes off very easily, no more picking at pieces of shells sticking to the eggs. And, I just got the Danish dough whisks a few weeks ago and love it. Very easy to blend soups, mix rice pudding, whip eggs for scrambling, etc.
