Hi : chao srey DARA's you can chop and blend with all the ingredients you needs to make soup be ready and roll in to a long stick like hotdog and keep it in fridge for winter use, it last up to a year round, I current in California my lemon grass is not die, but i still did this way it easy to be ready to cook no waist time, for herbs boil in hot water in one minute and press some water out but not much and roll it to a round stick with plastic wrap and put in fridge when you need just cut it out what you needs to make soup, you can do this any herbs, I has been done this method over 20 years since 1986 up to now👍👍🙏❤✋.
