Hi! I don’t understand what you mean by how much as in price of the products or price of the service or how much product I used? I use A LOT! Like a whole bag of bleach. She has tons of hair. Even product only, this is not cheap. BLEACH: Redken flash lift with bonder and 20 volume Redken developer FINAL COLOR: (Roots) Redken Chromatics 10AV/10N/CLEAR equal parts and 10 vol chromatics developer (Rest of the hair) same but with 20 volume. I adjust the strength of the developer depending if I want to lighten more or not. ***her “toner” was the final color used*** it was permanent color not Demi permanent which is what you usually use to “tone” hair with. I used permanent instead of Demi because I wanted to lighten the hair a bit more. If you are not a professional, I wouldn’t recommend doing this at home.

Anytime a client message and ask about going dark to blonde the first thing always make them aware that it depends on the condition and current color of their hair to determine how light we can go and how many settings it will take. The clients really don’t understand the amount of work and time it takes to achieve this look they really think you just slap some bleach on the hair and it’s blonde and it does not work that way I also use the platinum card method and my current favorite look is doing the platinum with a dark blonde shadow root. I also just did a silver platinum with a 4N lowlight and 5NA root tap. This was so beautiful! I have been using additives for more blonde lift & always use bond protector. The additive for blondes is really seems to be helpful and getting more lift, with a lower volume developer in less time.

You'll likely regret it later. Love how God made you!! Don't ruin your hair like this girl. This looks like a fake wig on her. I'm being honest. Your hair becomes very unhealthy, it always turns brassy and yellow over time due to water and pollutants and no matter how much you spend in high end products and services, you can't avoid or fight that brass as the blonde gets old. This is very extreme & fake looking. I hope you see it for what it is, and the fixation for blonde and being something you're not passes before you mess with your natural gift. Some people have to go through with the reck before they'll learn & realize. If you're smart you will love you for you and save your money/time!!

I wanted to comment on the blonde solutions touch up of your sisters hair, because I wanna thank you for testing this out. You know there’s always been a similar product out there where the pigments are already evenly disposed in the powder bleach. It’s Magma by Wella, they have 98+ which you can mix into your lightener or use on its own, but be careful as it does lift a little less than standard lightener and also if you overlap those overtoned areas cannot be corrected as it’s obviously resistant to bleach😆 but thank you so much for your content it’s nice to see what all these new products are about. I usually prefer to use standard Wella Blondor or Blondme 9+ and then tone in a separate step as you will need to tone anyway. I guess for highlights these pigmented bleaches can save you a step but not for on scalp 🤓
@xiomarauniverse
3 жыл бұрын
Hi! I’m so glad you found it helpful! I’ve heard of the magma by wella and hopefully get to try it out. And I think this is a great product but my current favorite for platinum blonding is guy tang Big 9 cream lightener. I also use wella blondor too! Big 9 doesn’t tone either but I feel as long as you lighten past yellow, you should be fine lol at the end of the day I prefer to have more control over the tone but with this blonde Solutions bleach is for people that have a phobia towards yellow and brass tones lol
@timschulze4162
3 жыл бұрын
@@xiomarauniverse I heard how gentle big 9 is for on scalp, I’m just too stingy honestly so I stick with regular powder bleach. Yes getting the pale yellow for darker bases is the key but sometimes really hard to get. A friend of mine is Indian and oh boy that hair was resistant and I only go her to a light 8 in some areas. We opted for a salty caramel shade anyway as her skin is also a bit darker for now

Hi, Thank you for your video, it was really helpful but I still have some question. My natural hair color is light brown- (middle) brown and I’m going to let my hair be dyed platinum blond soon. I’ve been doing my research for a while but since people say so much different things I’m a little confused. They will obviously dye my hair platinum blonde with bleach and you say it’s not bad but I don’t know what to do after the professional colloring. I heard that my haitr will grow out soon and since it’s expensive to have this color I want to dye my roots myself when that is needed. I was wondering what product I can use best for that and if it should be with or without bleach and with or without ammonia, could you also give some kind of estimation of how often I would need to do this? One more question I have is wich shampoos I could use the best, I heard that a lot of people need purple shampoo, but what do you recommend and is there any other kind of shampoo I would need to use (moisturizing shampoo…..) and how often would you recommend that I would wash my hair with those shampoo’s? Thank you so much for answering this.

@Janellabelle

Bleach past the orange then tone with an ash color, if it's still orange after the toning it's still not bleached light enough. You cant healthily go from dark to white in one process, in my experience. When I do mine I have to do one bleaching. I leave it on as long as it can safely stay on. It will still have a slightly orange tone to it. Then I wait 2 weeks minimum and I do another bleaching process...this usually doesnt take long at all to get it to white. Then I hit it with the metallic silver color I like. I have thick dark hair with warm undertones that is VERY difficult to lift, so if you have fine hair with ash undertones you may be able to get away with one bleach and then a toner but probably not if your hair is dark. After the second bleaching, if you dont want a metallic silver, a toner will be able to make it the ash blonde that is popular now and probably what you're going for.

@@GossipSis you know I have to use 30! Lol at least that first time, then on the next go around I can get away with 20. I even go under the dryer for a little bit. 😬 always scares me when Im using 30 tho. I swear of every women's hair mine is the most difficult to lift though so I say most can get away with 20 both times. I'd hate to use 30 on someone who truly didn't need it. It tends to break finer hair, but black hair def may need it. I try to get the bleaching done in 2 processes with the lightener and then once with the toner. 🙂

The products we have available to us today are so superior to what we had then-they allow us to really pamper the clients hair while still achieving stunning results. Hi there! It’s very important that you’re using good quality products. It’s possible to have platinum blonde while protecting your curl but remember, bleached curl will never be the same as virgin curl. That doesn’t mean its damaged, that’s just how it is. It can still be bouncy and beautiful. Personally, I think it’s better in one slow step if your hair is virgin. I’d recommend doing your research and look for someone who specializes in color in your area and make a consultation appointment to answer your questions.
