We can’t believe British screen legend Gary Oldman hasn’t received a knighthood yet.
The man’s a genius, and most recently won the Best Actor - Drama gong at The Golden Globes 2018 for his portrayal of Winston Churchill in Darkest Hour. What an accolade.
In our latest episode of LADs On Film, he recounts the hilarious anarchic antics of Harrison Ford on the set of 1997 thriller Air Force One.
With the film’s aircraft set riddled with three signs reading no smoking/eating/drinking, Gary saw Harrison disobeying the rules - and it’s clear zero f*cks were given:
“One day when I looked around, he [Harrison] was standing in the doorway beneath the signs. He was drinking a coffee, eating a burrito and smoking a cigar.”
Harrison - you were one rule break away from an ASBO, sir.
According to Gary, that was his favourite moment on a film set. That would probably be topping our list too if we’d seen it.
Darkest Hour, starring Gary Oldman, hits UK cinemas on January 12.
