1990, Aloha Chapter annual show the Chordiac Arrest barbershop quartet out of Illinois told us about a Delta flight 502 that got lost in the Northeast USA.
Their final chord on Darkness on the Delta is just PERFECTLY in tune!

I also loved another song that was part of the airline set; in this case being passengers: their parody of First Hello. "That's the worst Jello, I've had since last July..." :-)

Credit where it's due: These lyrics & many of the other brilliant lyrics for Chordiac Arrest's parody songs were written by long-time barbershop harmony fan Joyce Markle.
