To those saying the “judge needs to stop this”. She is actually doing extremely well, not only is this recorded for the entire public to see, but it’s also being officially recorded by the court for the appellate court to read. By her not stopping him, she is making an amazing case of why his appeal should be denied. She is the judge, which means she has many powers. She can actually gag or charge him with contempt, but she is allowing him to continue so when he gets sentenced he won’t be able to appeal.

He speaks Jabber Wacky legally speaking and better served at his own family dinner table v from the defendant's table in court. He claims his 6th Amendment right to a speedy trial and a Jury of his peers have been violated numerous times ~ wrong, His public defenders had to file for discovery, then review boxes of legal documents filed in the case by the state and then they had to put their defense case together so customarily it is the defense that needs time to prepare their case as the state has their case via witness statements, surveillance videos and investigating the crime scene before they make an arrest which didn't take long in this case as there was ample evidence captured on video surveillance cameras and witness accounts to arrest Brooks who dragged the case out for 3 weeks filing bogus motions for proof of JURIS DICTION and his right to inform the Jury of their power to nullify and only the Judge can inform the Jury based on the law = Jury instructions that their verdict must be based on evidence presented at trial. Not accusations of the defendant's claims against the Judge, prosecution, court clerks and jail staff w/o basis of any evidence ~ bogus allegations based on his 'feelings' that the trail is biased against him is the state's case against him v bias!!!

So, he is still an evil and despicable shithead who doesn't know what he's talking about and clearly is LARPing as a lawyer, but the *idea* behind "the prosection didn't help me" is based in actual procedural law in the US. Put simply, any and all evidence that the prosecution intends to place into evidence has to also be given to the defense, and the reverse is true, as well. It's a big thing in Hollywood for "surprise witnesses" to show up and give an unexpected testimony and "last-minute evidence being given before judgement" that changes the mind of the judge and jury. In reality, both sides of a criminal proceeding are required to exchange the evidence that they will be using in court, to ensure that both sides have equal opportunity to make their respective cases. But still, this guy was given everything he asked for. He's just an evil shithead. So fuck him, I'm glad he's going to spend the rest of his miserable life behind bars slowly losing his will to live and hating every second of his condemned existence.

He knows exactly what he's doing. The evidence against him is so overwhelming he can't get around it. So he's delaying as much as possible, being as rude, unreasonable, and ridiculous as possible in hopes that the judge or prosecutor will eventually loose their temper, so he can use that to support a "bias" claim. He continues to interrupt and say the same things in hopes that the judge will send him back to his cell so he can claim he was denied the right to adequately defend himself. He continues in front of the jury in the hopes they won't be dismissed so he can claim he was made to look bad ect. All of this nonsense is a tactic to try to trigger ANYTHING he can use on appeal. When he realized the judge wasn't an idiot and it wasn't working he switched to the "I don't understand" which was a preplanned plan B as he thought him altering the paper he signed to deny council would somehow negate the record the judge made. The judge saw threw that, and allowed him to go on rants like this where he's clearly proving he absolutely does understand. Thus he gets more desperate and angry as the trial moves forward because he knows the judge out foxed him.

Most people think it’s a bad idea to represent yourself, but it’s actually smart in his case. He knows he’s 100% guilty, so without a lawyer he can do or say something wild and cause a mistrial. That had the DA worried more than anything, and that’s why she stayed as 1st chair. They have to be very careful not to allow him to cause a mistrial, and the Judge knew that, that’s why she stayed so calm and allowed his antics

When I was 17 I disliked her from making a no contact with my bf who was abusive and an addict and putting me on such a short leash. But through the 2 years I was in and out of her court room, she was hard on me but it was the kick in the ass I needed. The last time I was released in 2013 is when I began going to meetings. @reneet5858
2 жыл бұрын
@@brandonreed2175 my impression from the ittle research I've done, is that they believe by claiming themselves " Sovereign Citizens", and representing themselves, either from the start of their trial, or by dismissing their Court or otherwise appointed Attorney(s), that they do not recognize any legal Precedents, nor do they claim, ( in fact they dispute) their given name, and believe they can act as a " Third Party" in representing the accused, while not being the accused. They do not recognize either Civil or Military Law, and believe that as a " Sovereign Citizen" Federal and State Laws do not apply to them. However, after watching MANY, MANY hours of this trial, it is my opinion, that they are living not in concert with reality, and have every intention of prolonging their trials as much as possible, while claiming that since they do nor possess a law degree, that they are being unfairly represented. Now, if you can make sense of anything I just wrote, you are one up on me ( and I wrote this). That being said, it is also my belief or opinion, that their end game is to achieve prolonging the legal process to the nth degree in order to wear down the court, the Prosecution, the powers that be, in hopes of mistakes being made, tempers flairing, and especially concerning the presiding Judge, that they will be able to force a Mistrial. ANOTHER interpretation is they are basically 3 year olds, in adult bodies, who have deep personality issues/disorders that have never been addressed, and they are extremely good at doing what has been successful for them their entire lives so far: Manipulating people, talking non-stop and refusing to take accountability for anything harmful they might/ or have done to the people who have been unlucky enough to be family, friends, business associates, employers: basically having any type of interactive relationship with them at all. If you ( or anyone else) can offer another view on the situation, I'd be most interested in reading what your/ their opinions are. Like I said this is just my conclusion of what/ why, and nothing more.

That's exactly what he wants, to waste times and resources. How the court can't see this or chooses to play along, is beyond me. The courts should've came up with laws to combat these Sovereign Citizens tactics a long time ago, so that a trial with a real defence lawyer can commence, instead of this playtime for Mr. Brooks.

The way he keeps claiming "I have a right to ...." makes me physically sick. The second his car hit his first victim, all his "rights" as a member of society should have gone out the window.

The fact that he thought that after signing the paperwork when he dismissed his lawyers, that he could use the excuse of "I don't understand, no one is helping me, and no one is answering my questions" as a way to get the whole trial dismissed. Also, he thinks that Laws are written so that the average person can easily interpret it... lol I'm done

@@MstrssKat nothing more dangerous than a narcissist who's failed in life. I bet every minute in the court room was just time out of his cell to him. I hope he lives a long life and gets the "jailhouse abuse" that he deserves everyday day of it.

The fact is if he stopped after hitting the first victim and got out to help this would have been a totally different case , he carried on smashing through 70 people !!

There were so many times the Prosecution and the Judge handed Duh-rell these moments. If you claim sovereign you can't cry 1st Amendment rights. And the rest of his BS.

Man there's MILLIONS of this guy walking around America right now. There's ENTIRE public tax payer funded neighborhoods with fatherless monsters like this guy out there. That's part of the reason you BETTER NEVER let the 2nd Amendment be taken from us.

Can you confirm you have the jurisdiction and constitutional authority to 'feel sorry' for all parties affected by this trial pursuant to Sovereign Citizens? If not, I file a motion to dismiss your statement.
