This is the third part of my Darth Vader costume tutorial, showing how to make the Darth Vader shoulder armor. The shoulder form I'm using here is an exact copy of the shoulders of the guy I was making the armor for. It's made by putting a plastic bag over the shoulders and duct taping over it, then cutting it off and stuffing it to get a perfect shoulder form to make the armor on. The armor pieces themselves are cut out of craft foam, and you'll have to adjust how far over you cross the pieces when you're gluing them, depending on how big your shoulders are. I do have a free template you can use for the basic pieces at TheWoodlandElf.com/patterns/vader
