I think people should also consider how hard it must be to run your philosophies and what not while coaching for Lebron. Like how can you get the other guys to respect you and buy in if you’re at his will. I’ve seen stories of how Lebron will literally run everything, when practice is, what schemes, who plays etc etc. poor dude is probably the scapegoat, but I’m also not saying he’s “head-coach worthy” either. This a tough job and if you can’t handle it, they’ll try someone else. (I don’t think anyone gonna be able to do better unless they get Bron to buy in)

@@speechlessacts you don't Even understand the game. He contributes nothing to the game other than scoring. Watch the game. He doesn't even get to his man or put a defender most of the time. He had to die 2x what a normal contributor does to even get even. Like if a guy holds someone who scores 28 ppg to 22, he makes a contribution of +6. If he then scores 4piints, he has net +10. Dlo is a guy who not only can't guard, he needs help defenders to come cover his lapses, so when he depends a 20 ppg guy, the other guys scores 36 ppg. He gave up 10ppg and his teammates blotched another 6ppg to cover his lapses. So for him to get to +6 like the first example, he has to score AT LEAST 22 TO CUT EVEN. Yet he scores 16. That's a -12 differential consider to a guy who just guards a little and scores a little

he seems like a good dude. and he can coach in the league so he'l find work quick. not as a head coach in a good situation (cuz that's what you want) but as a key assistant. like he said he learned. 3 things i think all assistants who wanna head coach really well should do is 1) specialize on 1 side of the ball and 2) learn ways to better comminicate your vision into a team's habits and 3) master getting player buy-in (which has gota be at it's essence about furthering each player's career). what he cant do which regrettably he does also in this postgame interview, is blame injuries. the best coaches get more out of players than basic coaches do. which results in players stepping up when players go down. keep players, engaged, ready, improving and tested as if expecting injury. part of the trick is relying players to do more all season long. every player needs to be challenged and called on all during the season (and off). you gota preach that injuries are opportunities. no randle robinson bogdanovic anunoby so hart hartenstein divincenzo achiuwa. and that's an extreme example cuz i really dont understand how u can effectively replace your 2nd & 3rd options, starting center and key rotational player. but that's what up and coming coaches should be modeling as they grow in their coaching journeys. thibs and spoe are 2 of the best for this reason. but. i think he'll be fine.

D Ham is a good coach. You can't go given team like Lakers and expect them to win. They got 2 players that take up most of the cap and LBJ can't put team on his back. AD is defensive minded and they need 3rd 4th and even 5th option scoring double digits. They need more athleticism at the wings and another Center/PF to help AD. Rudy Hachimura terrible on defense he consistently runs into people at the 3 point line instead of going towards their shooting arm to avoid their body.
