The Black female assaulted a police officer! And this is technically just this Judge's first offense because the Sheriff and his deputy let her go on the first one. But you can't claim RACISM when 2 different cities with different law enforcement officers handled the situation differently. Don't get me wrong, I don't defend this department letting her go the first time, BUT the difference in the behavior and ATTITUDES of the two judges was night and day. This judge was actually polite to the officers whereas the black judge assaulted an officer. If this Judge chose not to control herself and assaulted an officer, she would have been arrested the first time. The Judge in Atlanta probably would have been fine if she could have controlled her emotions. So instead of the tired ole' "racism" claim, how about we take this as a lesson in how to handle yourself when you're stopped and questioned by the police?
