I was watching another girl do this and she highly recommended using a base coat on all the nails first and after you pick your sizes out and adhere them to your nails to top them off with a clear gel coat then put them under the lamp and she said that by doing that these will last up to 3 weeks. Thank you for demonstrating this they look really nice on you.

I used my first set of Glaze this past week.. the mistake I made was not pressing down thoroughly!!!! After 5 days I have lifting bug I really think next time I will do a better job pressing my edges and I will get better results! I absolutely love Dashing Diva Gloss, and Glaze!!! ❤️

What are the benefits of using the glaze strips vs the gloss strips? I used a pack of the gloss strips 9 days ago & my nails are still going strong. I did apply a top coat to seal the nail when I first put them on. I absolutely love the way my nails look with the gloss strips!

The gloss strips are amazing! The glaze strips need a light to cure the gel strips and they become hard like plastic. It’s the perfect combination of the gloss strips and the magic press, it’s like a press on, but it lasts as long as a gel manicure!

@@ThePlannerBabe thank you for this feedback. I just heard about Dashing Diva and in the process of learning all I can about before I buy. Your video mentioned that you'd have an update on IG RE longevity of these glaze strips, but I couldn't find that update. I see here that the glaze is long lasting...?... Longer than the gloss strips?

@@Lara-EL Hey babe! Thanks for your message! I did post about it on my stories but that’s ok! They lasted about a week going strong but I had to remove them because I wanted to paint my nails a new color, I’ll be doing another video on IGTV where I apply and leave on for 2 weeks to test them out fully!

@@ThePlannerBabe thank you again! I've tried the DD Gloss line. Wondering if DD Glaze would be longer lasting. All the demo videos I've seen say that they cure to a hard "plastic-like" finish. Is there a Glaze base to use? I didn't see one on the DD webpage. Looking forward to your longer trial video.

@@ThePlannerBabe I don't see the igtv video. Maybe you could make a highlight of the stories you posted about it. So we can see it. Wondering how long the wear lasts and how your nails.do after. Curious about removal etc.

Mine pulled my hair so bad. How do you avoid lifting?

I found that my hair would get caught around the cuticle area as well. I think a good tip would be pushing down the cuticle area with the cuticle pusher before curing to ensure a good bond, hope this helps!

This happened to me after about a week of wear. The area around cuticle that grew made the nail stick up, I think because the nail strip is a hard material? Not sure how to stop it from doing this. I tried to push it down more on the next application but the same thing happened again...going to go back to gloss strips

Can I make them longer than my actual nails? Will it be like an acrylic tip?

The bottom side stays sticky so I wouldn’t recommend using them like artificial tips

This was a nightmare for me. They look horrible. Girl I have no idea how you did it that looks so good. This is the first time using strips. Maybe I should practice first with the gloss
