I make these Date + Nut Bars every week! They are the perfect snack or quick breakfast.
Ingredients:
16oz pitted dates
1/2 cup nuts of choice (or more if desired!!)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (add more for more chocolate flavor)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt (optional)
Add above ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until mixed well. Form into balls or add to rectangular shaped silicone mold (linked below). Place in freezer for 30 minutes or more. Enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
