Let me tell you, I was dragged all my life because of my looks, I was called Whoopi Goldberg all through high school because I have very defined features as her and features like that are deemed ugly, I have also been told that I look like a slave. I have definitely learned through God and therapy to really love myself and stand in who I am. So ladies, if you don't have pretty privilege or think you are unattractive, always remember that you are worthy of healthy relationships, love and you are beautiful!

Wow i can’t believe you were treated in such a horrible way I am so sorry. You did not deserve. God made you himself and Jesus Christ died for you, you could not be more precious. That’s what makes you beautiful!

I love you queen! I too as a black girl with Afro centric features have felt this way. But one thing about it I love that I stand out and that the people who seek me genuinely seek me for me and my spirit shines! True beauty is a gentle quiet spirit 🤍

This was a very insightful interview. Society puts so much pressure on women. It is wonderful to hear we just need to be confident and content with who we are.

You have to just put yourself out there and ignore that fear and still do it. I struggle with anxiety and social avoidance as a beautiful Woman. It can be crippling not due to insecurities but magnified attention, Male attention and sexual harassment whenever you leave the house. A lot of us look beautiful on the outside but on the inside we're scared and suffering.

Very insightful. Funny to me “pretty” is a social construct because it differs from place to place. Pretty privilege to me is something so called “pretty” people made up, like to say “hey I’m just like everyone else I have dating problems too” when it’s really just a lack of self awareness for who you are, what you are looking for and whom you’re dating . Self sabotage and body dysmorphia is a real thing, it’s easy to say love yourself and put in the work when you don’t actually have that problem.

It took a long time for me to get to a point where I was like I’d rather be alone than be where I’m not loved right. Because I definitely thought I was the only one who would hold onto a man because I thought no one else will come. Even though sometimes the thought that no one will come really gets the best of me but I’m finally at a point where I’m okay with being alone. I really needed this because I used to just replace them and get another man when in reality I should have been investing in therapy and loving myself. Really loved this interview ❤️❤️❤️

I have dated about 5 men in 1 year, replacing one after the other. I also realised that I should have focused on loving me and being with myself

I wonder do you agree with the words that your guests said? And I know many of your subscribers are Christian and would you consider the guest’s beliefs when you choose who to be on your show? Would love to hear your thoughts:)

Love this. I can relate for sureeeee. This mindset releases soooo much pressure! I eventually stopped trying to hold on to men, who didn’t want to hold on to me. & asked God for clarity on who my husband would be. & now I’m happily married after letting go of control, & all the “am I good enough” & “will there be another man” and I just let it happen! & let God guide me to this life! & I’m still being refined! 🙌🏿✨

Reject the mind game. Self love with beauty depends HEAVILY on >luck< of where you're born/raised. If ur "look" isn't desired, change locations or accept non-traditional options in your "love" journey.
