Will always remember Sting as a member of the Blade Runners, part of "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert's faction of heels in Mid-South. Good times.

We had 2nd row Nitro. Lights go out. Sting is crouching a foot away from us on the steps. We patted him on the back and he jumped the barrier. I look over..”Whoa that’s Sting.” Am I the only person that misses Heyman’s ECW? Dreamer and the Dudley’s were so much fun to watch. Love the new channel.

I just happened to find this video after Sting already had his retirement match. It just hits different seeing these legends speak about someone Sting that way. You truly feel like he was loved by everybody, such a genuinely good human being.

I went to stay with my grandparents in Jonesboro, GA & we watched Clash of Champions, with the rabbit ears on the TV live with the time limit draw against Flair being the 1st wrestling match I ever saw. I was hooked & Sting was bigger & better than Hulkamania, he was definitely more over in the in the south, in Atlanta back then.

I think it would make sense for Revolution 2024 to take place in Baltimore as that was the place where Sting won his first world title in 1990.

Great point Bully! Ppl forget Sting ALWAYS changed up his ring gear & makeup colors in the late 80s & early 90s & being the right guy for the right time to draw in the kids, including me. He was extremely over waaay before The Crow gimmick.

Lyra is someone I find rooting for everytime I tune into NXT. So glad she's getting this oppertunity with Becky. Even if she loses, I can see her winning the title in the not too distant future.

I can't believe that Tommy Dreamer even considered a modern day Wrestler. I did bit of college wrestling and kick boxing, I bet I can do professional wrestling better than Tommy Dreamer, I mean I am in way better shape in worst day than Tommy Dreamer any day 😂😂😂

@jakeinator722 He’s obviously trolling not being serious. But if we wanted to actually talk about that being a reason obviously it couldn’t happen from the guy who spent all those years in TNA of all places LOL

Yet has remained relevant and popular for like 30+ years. Obviously he did some things right through the years for anybody to still give a damn to tune in for a 65 year old wrestler.
