Excellent, for the ones who need torque specs. Rear axle nut 110Nm / Front axle 65Nm, clamp bolts 22Nm, caliper mounting bolts 21Nm.

Thanks for that great tutorial! I need to change my first pair of tires on my Speed Twin and will actually also put on the tires myself. Great that you have that sensitive feeling in your arm so you don't need a torque wrench (I will keep it that way though), but just one thing: why don't you relieve the brake hoses on the brake calipers during disassembly? I mean you could just use some cable ties. Every mechanic I know stresses this thing, because it may damage your hose and you may need a new one. And a question, as it seems that you have some experience: did you ever replaced the rear axle nut during a wheel change? I am asking because the triumph workshop manual says to dispose of the nut and fit a new one.

Dave, thank you for your video. I've but riding for 30+ years, & done this job on dozens of bikes, but every bike is a little different & I appreciate the recon before I do this today on my new to me 2019 Speed Twin. 👍

I have been running the Road 6’s for a couple weeks now. Ugly tire compared to the Metzlers but does everything I need very well. I was very happy with Road 5’s on my last bike so I’m sure I will enjoy these just as well.

I had Road 5's on two different bikes and really loved the traction and feel, and they lasted forever compared to full sport tires.

Easy as pie! Put em on my Tiger. Nice tires. I assume the mileage will be as good as the grip! Got 11k out of my OE tires (Metzeler Tourance Next) but they were pretty cashed since I was using them to commute 95% percent highway. I'll also be putting them on my 21 Speed Twin (US spec, so the same as the 2019 version)

I didn’t know about that rear tire tool to keep the tire from dropping. I got the trackside rear stand. Is there anything else to drop the rear tire if my stand doesn’t have the drop tool?

I have a 2018 street twin and yesterday had a local mechanic change the front tire. After I left the place the ABS disabled and TC disabled lights came on and off along with the the service icon . I thought it was maybe due to the tire being new. Today the same thing is happening even though I've put a few miles on the bike. In addition, the bike has stalled twice as I was coming to a stop and pulled in clutch. Any idea as to what is going on. I did the 10,000 mile service at the dealership a month ago btw. Please help...

If I had to take a guess, I would check the front ABS wheel speed sensor... Maybe it got damaged, or knocked loose or is misaligned? If it can't pick up the front wheel speed, then you would lose both ABS or traction control, so that would throw codes... Not sure about the stalling though... But if all this started at the same time with the wheel change, not sure what else it could be. Only thing on the front end that is electronic related is that wheel speed sensor.
