I had this when I was a kid. I watched it twice a day for years. No joke. This brings a smile to my face.

I had this on VHS tape when i was a kid. I did this workout everyday for over a year when i was a teenager around 1994, i was 15. i was also in a karate class the same year and it was the year The Crow came out in theater, Brandon lee's last movie.

I had DAVID CARRADINE'S KUNG FU WORKOUT on VHS tape when i was a kid (i actually still have it somewhere) i did this workout almost everyday for a year or two around 1994 at the age of 15. at the same time i was taking a karate class. i was big into martial arts movies at the time and watched Kung Fu: The Legend Continues as it aired which it what brought me to this tape. i wouldn't say this tape taught me Kung Fu but it actually did work to help me lose weight, become more flexible and balanced. after almost 2 years of this everyday, david carradine's voice, the music and even the girls in blue tights became etched in my mind, its funny seeing this again after all these years (about 26 years) i have forgotten most of the karate that i learned and my body is very much out of shape and not flexible at and very unbalanced. i'm thinking about doing this workout again. i remembered how good the stretches actually felt once u get passed the burning.

Greetings. Does the tape include the songs that are listed in the closing credits? Are they like music videos after the workouts, or the music is included in them?

I rendered it in 1080p 60fps from a screen recording of a disc player set to 60 frames per second set to 1080p, the DVD disc was 720p standard DVD disc, of the best vhs version they had then released to disc, I made the disc player play in full screen to screen record it in full screen, coz I havnt seen it in full screen on KZitem before I think I've seen it in 480p on youtube

This is so weird, what were they thinking with these outfits, the only person who actually looked decent was the black woman. She actually was doing Tiger Crane correctly and had much better form than the instructor. He was not good enough to be teaching anyone. Only that woman should have been leading them since she's the only one who had any idea what she was doing. I understand Americans largely didn't know better at that time but David Carradine had no business trying to teach anyone martial arts, he didn't even know Chinese martial arts at all when he began the TV series Kung Fu. If you think I'm hating I'm not, I'm just saying the truth. Kung Fu is one of my favorite Series of all time, that said his martial arts were never good and it's a shame we never saw what Bruce lee would have been able to do with the show

@@counterinsurgencyadvisor4289 Not really. Everybody knew that Lee was the best at martial arts, but they needed an actor who could carry over 50 min. of acting mystical and peaceful. Can you imagine Bruce Lee sincerely acting not revengeful or dangerous?
