Bowie: Eric's video made me think I should get the 2 Disc "Legacy" comp, as I also like his 90's+ singles too (I'm Afraid of Americans). Connection?: Upon release, the cassette and CD releases varied slightly. I'm going slightly from memory and a quick look at Discogs for Changes on cassette. But I had KMKMKM on cassette first (dubbed from a friend's copy) and latter bought the CD... which is, as noted, missing "Hey You"... and maybe another.

Yes. While not technically what we were going for, it essentially the same, and correct if looked at from a specific lens. The US version of the cassette mirrors the tracklist of the CD comp; the UK version, however, did include the three tracks also found on the vinyl edition. We were angling for the LP editions containing more tracks than the CD editions, a quirk that was usually the other way around when they were first trying to push the adoption of CD technology. While this was *because* they were double LPs being squeezed onto a single disc, I was trying to differentiate the nuance of the connection from that objective fact, as pre-CD era double LPs like London Calling or Goodbye Yellow Brick Road were able to be fit on single CDs without losing any music.

I had Head On The Door on vinyl back in the day. Kiss me, is my favorite album from them.

Say the whole thing! Say it! Then go to IHOP and order a Rooty Tooty Fresh 'n' Fruity or Denny's and order a Moons Over My Hammy. Say all the dumb things!
