Some biographies of Roy Orbison claim that David Lynch used the song "In Dreams" in his film "Blue Velvet" (1986) against Orbison's wishes. Lynch sets the record straight here. He also recalls working with Orbison on a new recording of "In Dreams", and how he shared an affinity for Transcendental Meditation with Roy and his wife Barbara Orbison.
