Day 1: 30 Days of Christian Yoga
In this short yoga practice, we gently stretch and move our bodies, making this the perfect yoga practice for beginners, a morning yoga practice, or a prenatal or postnatal yoga practice for mothers. As you move through these shapes, be curious about how you’re arriving on your mat, and see if you can notice what your body might be saying.
John 1:14 tells us that the God of the universe, the Creator of your body, the Giver of your breath, became flesh and made a dwelling among us. That same God is present with you as you step on your mat today.
