Hands down -- this is the most innovative exercise routine on the Bosu. I also like how the next exercise coming up is displayed allowing everyone to prepare for the next exercise. Lastly, the minute clock is the icing on the cake literally speaking. What an excellent and well rounded routine which I am so eager to try!!!!

Ought I to feel guilty? Three quarters of the way through, I went and made a cup of cocoa and chocolate biscuit, without pressing PAUSE, leaving Kaitlin to carry on totally unaware that she was on her own. I could press REPLAY and make her start from the beginning again.

My sweet. You can do it. Just modify. And use light hand weights instead of !lifting ball. Go slow. Think of balance. Even if you don't get it right ,just the movement and trying is fantastic!!! I am 67
