I've been following many pilates/yoga workout channels for a very long time but you Hannah are the most sincere and enjoyable instructor so far. Your positve spirit is very infectuous and calming, especially in times like these. Stay positive and healthy you all! ❤️❤️❤️

Since the aerial yoga centre I often went to closed down last month I haven't felt excited to do any workout at home until I found your videos. Finished day 1 yesterday and day 2 today, can't wait to come back to day 3 tomorrow :)

Love it! You explain so well. I am very new to this and those videos are of great help. Thanks for your dedication for us. I think I will do all your workouts in the future! I didn't see a video for today (March 22nd), are we having a "day off"? I wasn't sure if I had to select another video of your playlists or not to do some workout today. I was achy though so it's fine for me haha

Hi Arielle, I’m posting videos everyday, and sometimes for some technical problem (audio or internet or I forgot to add it into the playlist, sorry my bad), please have a look at the new upload first, if you don’t see the video yet, and it’s time to workout, pick another workout video in the channel to try it yourself and you can skip the workout that day or try it later. I’ll try my best to post on time in every morning. Hope it helps and hope you will still keep moving with us 🤗💚

Thank you for the feedback Raja! Indeed, am not sure what happened here. I bought a new mic around this time, so maybe was still learning to use it. Regardless, think they've improved on the recent videos and would suggest sticking to the videos made in the last month or two as they should have better audio 🤗
