Hello Fam! We are on day 20 of our 90 days TOTAL RESET challenge. Its a Chest Gym workout day which helps to reduce fat around our chest/breast.
Our aim is to reset our life to a healthy version in these 90 days. We will be following a sustainable diet and workout plan. I will be posting my diets as well with the recepies included in the video.
The rules of the challenge are:
1. Calorie intake: you shouldnot eat more than 1200-1300 calories a day, and you should be on a calorie deficiet diet, i.e., calorie intake lest than calories burnt.
2. Workout: I will be posting my workouts, you can follow the same. I will share my different workout routine every week.
3. Water intake: You must have atleast 4 litrs of water a day, no excuses allowed.
4. No cheat meal: No cheat day or cheat meal is allowed. If in case you fall sick during these days, you can take whatever is advised.
5. Day off: You can take a day off from workout in a week but not from diet.
You can share your day 0, day 30, day 60 and day 90 photos with me. I hope we all will enjoy this 90 days journey and it will make a good difference in our lives.
Please don't be upset if you dont loose weight, measure your inches as well, every week.
