Hello Hannah!!! Just great for me: I love that kind of combo exercises! It's really cool to discover nice and effective exercise. I appreciate your new positions because I don't wait for it and it works so hardly and effectively! So thank you sweet teacher to find new ones at each session: you are amazing! I always feel fresh and activated after doing your workouts. I just love them. Also you have a very sweet and calm personality and that makes me feel calm and relaxed too. Keep being who you are. I hope you feel as good as you make all of us feel.

Im a bit slower, but Ive decided to do all workouts in order. I scheduled my pilates routine in a way that I wont feel overwhelmed and still be consistent. Thx for another amazing workout

Chi Hannah! I have really been enjoying your work-out videos and greatly appreciate the free contents you provide for us. If there is one suggestion/recommendation I would want to make, it would be that the work-out sessions would have been even more enjoyable if you could change your counting system to the reps. It honestly at times got me frustrated a bit when I have done like 5 reps already but you still did not count them in the video (reference: 21:18 to 21:30 in this video). It would also be better if you could make it clear between when each session officially starts and when you do the instructions for the session. It always overlaps between those two and it got me confused a lot! I hope these comments will reach you and I look forward to more work-out videos from you! Love you chi Hannah! :-)

I have gotten incredible strength after doing this work out. My whole body is activated after doing this work out video. What do u think about coller bones exercises. Please try for this. I m waiting for ur reply. 😎😎😎😎😎

Howdy Hannah! I appreciate the amount of time you have spent making exercise videos for us. I have been enjoying your pilates a lot.
