Had the same thing for a long time. I think for me "stress" was the issue. When I look back at those years when I had this issue stress is the only constant. It probably led to a hormonal imbalance which showed up as a skin issue. You seem to be physically fit and conscious of your diet, but try to look at your stress levels and evaluate if you're handling that stress appropriately. It's purely anecdotal, but when i look back the years i had this issue it correlated to times when stress was high and i didnt have effective stress management. Diet and exercise have an effect, but it only lessened my skin issue, versus "curing" it altogether. I'd imagine being a professional content creator/entrepreneur is very stressful. Especially if you're bombarded by negative comments. Try to find a better counterbalance to the stress. And I dont mean destructive things (drugs, gambling, etc). ☮️

What do you do to manage stress? I workout everyday and do cardio + sauna with motivation videos in the sauna. I even started to smoke cigars as they help me calm down. But I still feel extremely stressed out, maybe talking daily walks and admiring nature will help me more.

@@RoyalGonk I've done everything you listed here, and at the time it appeared to "help". However, the BEST thing for me was when I accepted Islam and became a Muslim. I was already religious but my previous faith left many "holes" so to speak. Best thing I've done not just in terms of stress but my overall life. Praying 5x day, reading Quran, Ramadan,etc. It starts out with the first pillar which is the declaration of faith (Shahada) and the journey begins from there.

The key is cleaning your blood and clearing your pores. That can't be done from the outside of the body. What you eats determines the severity of it. I used to have bad breakouts in my scalp and goatee area. Went plant based diet, drink at least a gallon of water a day, and fell back from fried foods and reversed it
