WEEKLY RESET
I have a strong dislike of New Years. The yearly anxiety provoking pressure to do something to 'better' yourself, possibly causes more harm than good id say. I believe you can make a reset at any point in your life.
Looking back at this video im clearly using the changing of a week to do this. Milestones (new day, week, motnh, year), can be, when dome right, hugely beneficial. The circadian rhythm of western society can be used to your gain.
The difference between New Year and New day, week, month, is that no one else cares or is watching. No one is asking "Whats your new week resolution?" So can work well if you allow yourself mistakes and realistic change.
I cot always do this, but this is clearly what im trying to do in this vide after a good weekend, after a bad week, lwts see how the last week went....
