Day 28: Hollow to Butterfly
Complete 4 sets of 30sec Combos with a 20sec breather between sets - this will be your workout for challenge #28
If 30sec is too much, scale back to 15 - 20sec and build up over time. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs
- Fully extend your arms and legs in the Hollow
- Reach to your toes when completing the Butterfly
- Keep feet on the ground during the combo if you feel pain in your lower back
