Chaturanga Dandasana, known as the Push-Up Position, is one of the most challenging and daunting moves in the yoga practice. But with these easy modifications you will be able to develop the strength in your shoulders and core. The most important aspect of the physical practice is that you have good technique as you're learning. Then, the most important part of the spiritual practice is that you have patience and tolerance and that you are very gentle and kind to yourself as you learn how to be strong.
