Day 31 was un-successful ❌
Weight 108.8 kgs ✅ Missed my jog yesterday and had some kidney beans so weight didn't budge😕
Fasting blood sugar - 98✅
Random blood sugar- 125✅
1. No sugar ✅
2. No deep fried food.✅ Diet consisted of just vegetables and fruits and some boiled kidney beans
3. 45 minutes of a workout.✅ 1 hr swimming
4. Drink 3 Litres of water✅
5.Take a progress picture every day✅
