Thanks for the workout. Low weights do make a difference too and not going heavy all the time gives a nice balance to the regime.

Before I made weight training as a focal part of workout routine, I was really puzzled by a comment on a pilates class saying that was more taxing than anything he’d done despite of being an avid weightlifter. Now, after a few months of regular weight training myself, and much much stronger than ever thanks to it, I finally get what he meant🤣 Thanks for making this part of the program🙏🏼

NO ONE has fitness programs as comprehensive and effective as yours on youtube, imo. Thank you for NOT going barefoot while doing strength training and high OR low impact workouts. It's such a bad practice and terrible influence on those that are inexperienced but also for the veteren fitness peeps. Thank you for warming us up and cooling us down and for mobility sessions, yasssssss. I AM SO THANKFUL for allll you do, and you do A LOT. You're FIRE and FAB! ❤ 🎉🥰 #loyaland grateful

Oh that was really fantastic, perfect. I actually don't feel my arms or shoulders anymore. Switched between 1 and 2k weights throughout the workout

I’m about to have a lumpectomy, I am hoping that your Pilates workouts will be a staple in my recovery. Until I can join back again on this program I know they will help me immensely with my mental health. I have been doing your program since 2020 and have never felt stronger in my life. I loved this program! I'm not a Pilates Workout fanatic, but I really liked it. This morning, I wasn't really in shape. I usually follow the video of the day, but I didn't feel like doing the HITT, so I decided to do a relaxed workout so I tried this one! It was exactly what I needed! Barefoot, no stress, quality over quantity, it was perfect! I'd do it again....

Yay I waited for this. Woke up with a headache that won't go away so I am not gonna be able to do fast movements today. So I switch and do the pilates today. Hopefully I'll be able to crush the metcon tomorrow :D Or if not saturday.

Feels good to switch things up a bit from time to time, and this power pilates was powerful for sure! Enough to feel all those muscles working and to break a sweat! (burned 200 cals on my fitbit)
