Day 38 was -successful ✅
Weight 108.1 kgs ✅ 400 gms lost today .. I could have lost more had I not missed my jog yesterday.
Fasting blood sugar -106✅
Random blood sugar- 120✅
1. No sugar ✅
2. No deep fried food✅ diet consisted of vegetables and boiled potatoes
3. 45 minutes of a workout ✅ 1 hr swimming
4. Drink 3 Litres of water✅
5.Take a progress picture every day✅
Not able to give time for a workout due to a family medical emergency doing the best I can ..it's gonna stay this way for another week.
