Could not go Jogging again ❌
Fasting blood sugar -103✅
Random blood sugar- 125✅
1. No sugar ✅
2. No deep fried food✅ diet consisted of vegetables anf fruits
3. 45 minutes of a workout ✅ 1 hr swimming
4. Drink 3 Litres of water✅
5.Take a progress picture every day✅
Not able to give time for a workout due to a family medical emergency doing the best I can ..it's gonna stay this way for another week.
