How serendipitous.. I start immunotherapy in a week and a half, 17 sessions over the course of a year. I'm scared and don't know what side effects (if any) I'll experience, but I hope to also chip away at this program as I listen to my body adapt to this new life. Keep it up!

Me too! Jan 2020 and have followed her workout calendars since! I lost 90 lbs since then and have kept it off! I’m in my upper 50s and have never been in this good of shape!

That was a very well designed workout, Heather! For anyone who is reading the comments prior to doing this - the first circuit (at least for me, today) was very challenging and I was dreading the rest a bit, but the next two weren't as bad (especially the second). So just keep this in mind if you're feeling like giving up! Happy weekend!!!

IHeather, loved this compound exercise workout! 👍You're so creative with putting these combinations together to work both upper and lower body at the same time. That wall sit with biceps curls was deceptively hard! 😅Also, I really liked that squat/swing move, I felt the burn on my quads and glutes, and it also got my HR up! I'm so glad I found your channel! Your workouts are now a part of my weekly exercise schedule! 😊

I re started your program this January after 6 Months break. When i restarted in January i was 5 or 8 lbs for strength training but from last week i am using 10 to 15 lbs and doing compound strength exercise is difficult for me most of the time but today i killed it and i was surprised by it because doing combo exercise is achievement for me 🎉 🎉🎉….Thank you for that Heather ❤
