Navigating through challenges and staying focused on diet and exercise has been tough, but I'm doing my best. With my wife being discharged today, things might get a bit easier.
*Day 43* wasn't a total failure. Although I slipped on the diet, I managed to swim and walk a bit later.
*Day 44* was successful:
- Weight: 105.7 kg ✅ (400 g lost compared to Day 43)
- Total weight loss: 14.4 kg in 44 days
Day 45* was unsuccessful:
- Weight: 106.1 kg ✅ (400 g gained compared to Day 44)
- Total weight loss: 14.0 kg in 45 days
