*Day 48* wasn't a total failure ❌. Although I slipped on the diet, I managed to swim and ran for 8 kms .
Weight: 104.6 kg ✅ (No change compared to Day 48)
*Day 49* was unsuccessful:❌
- Weight: 105.4 kg ✅ (800 gained compared to Day 48)
- Total weight loss: 14.4 kg in 49 days
*Measurements:*
- Fasting blood sugar: 103✅
- Random blood sugar: 110 ✅
*Daily Goals:*
1. No sugar: ❌ Had tea with sugar
2. No deep-fried food: Diet consisted of Vegeta fruits and Papads..✅
3. 45 minutes of a workout: ❌ No work-out
4. Drink 3 liters of water: ✅
5. Take a progress picture every day: ✅
