Today's workout will be a 30-30 interval workout. Do each exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. Adjust the intervals as needed and modify the exercises as necessary.

Spiderman Climbs
Bird Dogs
Hip Circles
Prone Pulldown
Dirty Dogs
