1. No sugar: ❌ Had tea with sugar
2. No deep-fried food: Diet consisted of normal home cooked meals , shawarma , chicken nuggets , cream and gulab jamoon ❌
3. 45 minutes of a workout: No work-out
4. Drink 3 liters of water: ❌
5. Take a progress picture every day: ❌
