The feeling you get after finishing the harder workouts is truly AMAZING!🙏🏻 I did, however, pause after each exercise in practically every cardio set😅 EXCEPT for pop squats, which I love❤ Oh and my result today is a killer: 327 active calories and 400 total!💪🏻

Really has to push myself today.. the 12 week challenge has been by far my best workout routine and I haven’t missed a single day. Along with the physical it’s helped me work on my mental discipline too. You are Amazing Heather…

Saving this one for the middle of winter when I want to sweat and there's two feet of snow out! Phew! Thank you so much Heather -- I couldn't jump at all when I started this program and somehow my knees are very very slowly getting healthier. So grateful for all your workout series. Wow! Very aptly named, Heather. 40 seconds on and 10 off with 3 sets in a row was truly "killer." I was not a happy camper during this one, but now that it's done, I'm feeling GREAT! 😊

That was incredibly gruelling today. I made it through and was glad to be encouraged to do knee push ups in the last couple of sets after seeing you, Heather. Love knowing that you are sincerely there sweating with us. I knew I was being mentally tested when I started involuntarily voicing mental mantras on repeat. "Heather loves me. She wants me to be healthy and strong. I can do this"...and then the fake smile to raise endorphins through the pop squats 😂😂😂 well done, everyone!!

I am finally close to finishing 4.0! Did it take me close to 6 months instead of 3? Yep. But I am proud I kept going and listened to my body, upping my weights but taking more rest days and including some/more pilates instead of doing e.g. cardio days after leg days when I was barely able to squat at all. Thank you, Heather! ❤ I had never used more than 2x10kg weights 6 months ago and now that's my medium on leg days - crazy!

I did it and yes it was KILLER!!! at one point i thought my heart was going to come out of my mouth. lol! It is as much a mental game as it is physical, for sure!! Thank-you for pushing us WAY past any excuse of a comfort zone! so important if we want to keep growing in our endurance!! (a good metaphor for life, isn't it?!)
