2nd choice of the day after a brutal 15 min arms workout. Ive not tried this one before and it really was fun, Scott kills me though 😂I ended up doing his claps and ski arms ...sorry Claire 😂Im not brilliant at quick changes but i think i did ok..not very graceful but i kept on til the end. Im literally dripping though , its so muggy here , my sweat is sweating. 🥵🥵I will definitely do this again...bouncing and laughing is a definite winner 🥰🥰
